Step 1: Yarn Sourcing & Selection
We source the finest quality natural yarns — including pure cotton, linen, and organic blends — from verified mills in India. For our eco-friendly collections, we ensure the yarns are GOTS-certified and dyed using azo-free or herbal dyes.
Step 2: Dyeing & Pre-Treatment
Yarns are dyed in small batches using non-toxic, azo-free dyes. This eco-friendly approach ensures both colorfastness and sustainability. After dyeing, the yarn is dried, softened, and treated for even tension.
Step 3: Warping – Preparing the Loom
Warping involves carefully aligning thousands of yarn threads onto a frame to set up the loom. This process ensures accurate tension, density (GSM), and width in the final fabric.
Step 4: Handloom Weaving
Our trained artisans use manual looms to interlace the warp and weft threads, creating rich textures and patterns. Whether it’s a Jamdani motif or plain cotton weave, every fabric is made with skill and rhythm passed down through generations.
Step 5: Quality Checking
Each finished roll of fabric is carefully inspected for:
• Even weave
• Consistent dyeing
• No weaving defects or loose threads
• Accurate measurements (GSM and width)
We use both manual inspection and digital fabric measuring tools.
Step 6: Finishing & Packaging
Fabrics are ironed, folded, or rolled based on customer preference. They’re then packed in eco-safe, moisture-resistant packaging and labeled for retail or wholesale delivery.
For export clients, we include all documentation (invoice, HS code, certificate of origin, etc.).
